Teilnahmebedingungen zum BMW Berlin-Marathon 2024

  • Teilnehmer*in ist über 18 Jahre​

  • Gemachte Angaben über Person ist korrekt​

  • Die angemeldete Läufer*in verfügt über einen angemessenen Gesundheitsstatus​

  • Einverständnis zu untenstehenden Details zur Datenverarbeitung, sowie Foto- und Videoaufnahmen ​

  • Spendeneinnahmen von mindestens 1000 € (bei Überweisungen aus dem Ausland: damit möglichst viele Spenden in unsere Projekte fließen, beachtet bitte, dass die Überweisungsgebühren zu Lasten des Auftraggebers gehen)​

  • 1. Spendenziel  bis 03. Juni 2024 >= 600 € ​

  • Finales Spendenziel bis 12. August 2024 >= 1000 € (Spendenziel 1 + weitere 400 €)​

  • Kostenfreier Versand eines „Jede Oma zählt“ Laufshirts innerhalb Europas (Außerhalb Europas bitten wir die Läufer*innen die Versandkosten zu tragen). T-Shirts werden ab März sukzessive verschickt​

  • Gewährleistung eines Startplatzes für den BMW Berlin-Marathon 2024 bei Erreichen des Spendenziels​

  • Der Platz kann nur nach Rücksprache mit dem HelpAge Deutschland Team bis zur finalen Registrierung an Dritte weitergegeben werden. Es könnten Umbuchungskosten anfallen.​

  • Der Platz kann nur nach Rücksprache mit dem HelpAge Deutschland Team bis zur finalen Registrierung und bei Neubelegung ins Folgejahr übertragen werden.​

  • Eine Registrierung und Teilnahme ist unter Berücksichtigung von weiteren Kosten und verfügbaren Plätzen bis zum 28. September möglich​

  • Der Platz wird individuell nach Verfügbarkeit vergeben. Eine Rückmeldung zum garantierten Platz (unter Berücksichtigung der weiteren Teilnahmebedingungen) erfolgt manuell und kann daher einige Tage dauern.​

  • Ein Rücktritt vom Startplatz und der Spendenaktion ist ohne Angabe von Gründen jederzeit möglich.​

  • Eingegangene Spenden können nicht zurückgezahlt werden oder für andere (Lauf-) Veranstaltungen genutzt werden. ​

Datenverarbeitung sowie Foto- Video und Tonaufnahmen im Rahmen des BMW Berlin-Marathons 2024

Ich bin damit einverstanden, dass meine oben angegebenen persönlichen Daten (Adress- und Kontaktdaten inkl. Emailadresse und Telefonnummer) für die Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung der o.g. Veranstaltung verwendet werden. ​

Ich willige ein, dass meine persönlichen Daten (Adress- und Kontaktdaten inkl. Emailadresse und Telefonnummer) nach Beendigung des Zwecks, zu dem sie erhoben wurden, für die Kontaktaufnahme durch HelpAge Deutschland zur Information über zukünftige Veranstaltungen und bis auf Widerruf gespeichert werden.​

HelpAge Deutschland ist berechtigt, Daten (Adress- und Kontaktdaten inkl. Emailadresse und Telefonnummer) im Rahmen der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung der o.g. Veranstaltung sowie zur Kontaktaufnahme und Information für zukünftige Veranstaltungen an folgende Organisationen/Stellen weiterzuleiten: SCC Berlin Events - Veranstalter des BMW BERLIN – MARATHON 2024. Vor der Weitergabe von Daten an andere Personen oder Institutionen außerhalb von HelpAge Deutschland und den voraus genannten Organisationen/Stellen – auch in anonymisierter Form – wird sich der jeweilige Verantwortliche persönlich mit mir in Verbindung setzen.​

Ich willige ein, dass im Rahmen der Veranstaltung von meiner Person Video- und Fotoaufnahmen angefertigt werden, die im Zusammenhang mit der Veranstaltung und dem Veranstaltungswochenende für die Öffentlichkeitsarbeit von HelpAge Deutschland und der Organisation/Stelle (z.B. Broschüren, Internetauftritt) verwendet werden dürfen. Die Aufnahmen werden nicht gewerblich genutzt.​

Ich bin damit einverstanden, dass meine persönlichen Daten gemäß der oben beschriebenen Erklärung von HelpAge Deutschland gespeichert und genutzt werden. Dieses Einverständnis bleibt bestehen, auch wenn die persönliche Teilnahme an der Veranstaltung nicht möglich ist, bis auf Widerspruch.​

Mir ist bewusst, dass die Teilnahme an diesem Event nach eigenem Ermessen stattfindet und HelpAge Deutschland keinerlei Haftung für meine gesundheitliche Verfassung o.ä. hat.​

Conditions of participation for the BMW Berlin-Marathon 2024

  • Participant is over 18 years old.​

  • Information provided about the person is correct.​

  • The registered runner has an adequate health status.​

  • Consent to the processing of data, as well as photo and video recordings, as detailed below.​

  • Minimum donation income of € 1000 (for transfers from abroad: to ensure that as many donations as possible go to our projects, please note that transfer fees are at the expense of the payer).​

  • 1st fundraising goal by June 3th 2024, >= € 600​

  • Final fundraising goal by August 12, 2024, >= € 1000 (fundraising goals 1 + additional € 400).​

  • Free shipping of a "Every Grandma Counts" running shirt within Europe (Outside Europe, we ask runners to bear the shipping costs). Shirts will be shipped gradually starting from April.​

  • Guarantee of a starting place for the BMW Berlin Marathon 2024 upon reaching the fundraising goal.​

  • The place can only be transferred to a third party after consultation with the HelpAge Deutschland team until the final registration. Rebooking costs may apply.​

  • The place can only be transferred to the following year after consultation with the HelpAge Deutschland team until the final registration and in case of reassignment.​

  • Registration and participation are possible until September 28, taking into account additional costs and available slots.​

  • The place is allocated individually based on availability. Feedback on the guaranteed place (considering the other terms and conditions) is provided manually and may take several days.​

  • Withdrawal from the starting place and fundraising campaign is possible at any time without giving reasons.​

  • Donations received cannot be refunded or used for other (running) events.​

Data processing, as well as photo, video, and audio recordings within the BMW Berlin Marathon​

I agree that my above-mentioned personal data (address and contact details, including email address and phone number) will be used for the preparation, execution, and follow-up of the above-mentioned event.​

I consent to my personal data (address and contact details, including email address and phone number) being stored by HelpAge Deutschland for contact purposes regarding future events after the purpose for which they were collected has ended and until revoked.​

HelpAge Deutschland is authorized to transmit data (address and contact details, including email address and phone number) to the following organizations/entities for the preparation, execution, and follow-up of the above-mentioned event, as well as for contact and information about future events: SCC Berlin Events - organizer of the BMW BERLIN – MARATHON 2024. Before transferring data to other individuals or institutions outside of HelpAge Deutschland and the aforementioned organizations/entities – even in anonymized form – the respective responsible party will personally contact me.​

I consent to video and photo recordings of myself being made during the event, which may be used in connection with the event and the event weekend for the public relations of HelpAge Deutschland and the organization/entity (e.g., brochures, website). The recordings will not be used commercially.​

I agree that my personal data will be stored and used by HelpAge Deutschland in accordance with the statement above. This consent remains valid even if personal participation in the event is not possible, until revoked.​

I am aware that participation in this event is at my own discretion, and HelpAge Deutschland has no liability for my health condition or similar concerns. ​
